Technical Specifications

Dual Mold Technology

Dual Mold Technology is a dual-mold wire-forming system used in the KMS-1400 fully automatic chain link fence machine. It consists of a main mold and a guide mold working together. The main mold gives the wire its basic shape, while the guide mold allows independent adjustments to compensate for variations in wire hardness.

Wires used in chain link fence production may vary in hardness. The dual mold system helps reduce production issues and wire waste caused by these variations. It also allows the wire pitch to be precisely increased or decreased during the weaving process.

Together with the other systems and design features of the KMS-1400, Dual Mold Technology is one of the elements that contribute to stable and consistent chain link fence production.
